Identification of Peptide Doping Substances Distributed through the Internet Nowadays a variety of doping substances is extensively used by elite and amateur athletes. The global market of sport nutrition includes thousands of different preparations, and often the athletes prefer black market services. The reasons of their choice are cheaper price and free accessibility of even prohibited substance. Few research papers have shown mismatch between the content of the vials
and labels on it.
In this study our results of the identification of some peptide substances available via web-markets are given. Seventeen samples from web-markets were characterized: GHRP-2, GHRP-6, Ipamorelin, СJС-1295, fragment human Growth Hormone (HGH) 176-191,
Mechano Growth Factor (MGF), pegilated PEG-MGF, synthetic peptide TB-500 and modified insulin-like Growth Factor (Long-R3-IGF-1).

Stability of Vitamins in Fresh Juices Fresh juices are very useful because one glass of this product contains a significant amount of vitamins. However, everybody is interested of two questions. Firstly, is vitamins contains in fruits and vegetables in winter? Secondly, how quickly vitamins are destroyed in juice and how long can we stored them without significant loss of quality? The authors investigated the content of essential vitamins in February in such popular juices as orange, carrot, celery and kiwi immediately after spinning, and also observed changes of their concentrations within 24 hours.

All Ions MS/MS uses the Agilent proprietary Personal Compound Database and Libraries (PCDLs) to identify compounds with information from their molecular and fragment ions. The PCDLs are content rich and include accurate mass information for thousands of compounds. The incorporation of All Ions MS/MS processing tools into MassHunter means that compound identify caution is rigorous, and can be easily reviewed. As a result, All Ions MS/MS analysis decreases method setup time, increases throughput, and enables confident, high sensitivity quantitative and qualitative analysis on a single instrument, in a single analytical run.

This article describes the development stages and achievements in the field of ion chromatography, features of ion chromatography instrumentation, the modern units. Examples of the application of different detectors to determine a wide range of ions are displayed.
