Imaging mass-microscope iMScope TRIO Shimadzu Corporation, one of the world leaders in analytical instrumentation, has released the unique instrument for molecular imaging for sale in Europe. The instrument named iMScope TRIO combines an optical microscope that allows the observation of high-resolution morphological images and a mass spectrometer which identifies and visualizes the spatial distribution of target molecules. Superimposing the two images obtained based on these very different principles, has created a significant new research tool, the imaging mass microscope.

Multicapillary columns for HIGH-SPEED separation Since that time, as gas chromatography acquired its modern features, the interest in the problem of accelerating the process of chromatographic separation is constant and stable. Today, established approaches to solve this problem by using all types of chromatographic columns: packed, capillary and multicapillary. You can achieve high-speed separation, reducing the influence of diffusion phenomena in the separation process.
The paper reviews the work on methods of separation using differnt types of multicapillary columns. Discussed various approaches to increase the speed of separation in the gas chromatography column diameter effect on the parameters of separation. The questions related to the influence of the configuration multicapillary column on the separation efficiency are discussed. Shows examples of the use of the PCC in solving various problems of separation: separation column with a stationary liquid phase, and the use porous layer columns for gas-adsorption chromatography. The variants of the possible application of multicapillary columns in the LC are considered.

Data processing in planar chromatography and gel electrophoresis using "Chrom&Spec" software Thin layer chromatography on plates (TLC) – one of the most frequently used types of the chromatography. In many cases result is obtained by visual inspection of the plate. The article offers to solve the task of quantitative result evaluation using software that converts plate image from densitometer or scanner to files, processed by Chrom&Spec software. The solution is suitable for processing of DNA and protein gel electrophoresis images.

The quantities of soil, its structure and richness with mineral substances play the most important role in getting perfect and safe production. It is possible to govern the process of mineralization and transformation of organic substances consciously and with a given aim if you study their elementary components and fractional structure fully enough and perfect. This work is devoted to research of nature components deing the organic part of sapropels. Their qualification if given here. Their particular features and properties as well as sapropel application as fertilisings and for effective soil protection from degradation are discussed here.
