The authors argue that the choice of a chromatograph as a tool for solving a chromatographic problem is not as important as the choice of a column on which the mixture will be separated. The option of using columns with mixed phase is considered as the most interesting for the development of methods for separating complex mixtures, for example, including substances with different physicochemical properties.
