An analytical review of metrological support for reference materials of measurement methods for safety indicators and identification of milk and dairy products is presented. The technical regulation of the Customs Union On safety of milk and dairy products (TR CU 033/2013) has been in force in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Community for 10 years. The document establishes an extensive list of controlled indicators and provides a list of measurement methods. The review covers 613 standardized measurement methods included in the List of standards containing rules and methods of research (testing) and measurements, including rules for selecting samples necessary for the application and implementation of technical regulation requirements. The article is addressed to a wide range of developers, producers and importers of metrological support instruments and may influence the further improvement of instruments and methods for ensuring the quality of milk and dairy products.
